"What an amazing experience with Amira’s breathing session. I was able to keep up with the deep and continuous breathing and follow the visualization. Eventually I was filled with a flowing energy pulsating and vibrating throughout my entire body, especially my hands. I used the overflowing energy pulsating from my hands to focused it back to the tight and stagnant parts of my body. After the session was over, I slowly sat up in lotus posture and did tonglen meditation - exchanging all ‘my good health/ self’ to any potentially ‘ailing other’. Such was the gratitude I felt from having such overflowing abundant healing energy. With deep and slow inhalations and deep and slow exhalations I breathed in everyone’s suffering and breathed out all of my renewed energy so that all sentient beings could experience what I was experiencing in that moment. It was as close to these following coin of phrases I’ve experience in a while: - ‘blessing without a blesser’, ‘compassionate radiation without a radiator’, ‘gifts without a giver, receiver and act of giving’, ‘nonduality’. Then I gave thanks to my root guru who taught me never to waste a second of one’s living breathe not exchanging oneself for others – and I gave thanks to Amira for introducing this breathing session to those of us who chose to be there to receive her gift of healing breathing”
